on tap at O’Niell’s. Amber in color with spare rocky white head. Sparkling body. Aroma is mostly of caramel malt. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lightly sweet and moderately bitter, I found this to be fairly well balanced. Sharp and abrupt flavors draw attention to the characteristics of this beer. I enjoyed it. jcweaver (768) - VA Beach, Virginia, USA - APR 16, 2013
From tasting notes. Bottle. Pours amber with a small white head. Sweet caramel malt aroma with a hint of fruits. Flavors of caramel malt, fruits and a touch of grapefruit hops. Slightly hoppy finish.

Good thin white head, leaves decent lace. Musty, mettalic mashy smell. Smells like the inside of a small brewery, kind of. Medium body, smooth light carbonation. Bitter taste, light sweet. Decent copper ale, as it is. 5/3/6/4/11 tnkw01 (1756) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 23, 2012
