Hazy pale gold beer, tidy white head. Light semi dry and crisp palate. Light seltzer minerals, citrus and banana! Dry finish. Just enough flavour to keep it from being insipid. Needs to be dialled up several notches!

Muddy light blond color. The aroma is light, citrusy and fruity. Weak mouthfeel, light flavor, with very light wheat, light citrus fruits and chamomile. Low bitterness. Refreshing but very simple.
Bottle sampled at Chris and Ruth’s place in London. Clear pale yellow beer, small offwhite head. Malty caramel aroma, grassy, herbal, some wheat. Fruity caramel flavor, grassy, hay, wheat, some bans. A bit all over the place. mcberko (18583) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 4, 2017
On tap at Boulder Beer at Denver International Airport, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light banana and clove, some wheat. Flavour is along the same lines, with subdued banana, some spicy clove and cereal malt sweetness. Not really an authentic hef, but it’s alright. Golden, hazy. No head. A touch sweaty in the nose - go figure - with hints of banana, lots of yeast and a bit of wheat. Sweet, banana and vanilla. Nice marshmallow notes. A bit dull but drinkable. brokensail (16633) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 2, 2011
A: The pour is a very hazy yellow with a thick white head.
S: Smells like clove and banana with a fair amount of spice, mostly white pepper. Sweet bread and wheat with a definite citrus character, mostly lemon zest. Actually a bit more hefeweizen like than expected.
T: Tastes sweet with lots of bread and wheat. Light clove and banana flavors, a light pepper flavor, too. Very light in flavor, overall. A bit of citrus flavor to it, seems to be a combination of orange and lemon zest.
M: Light bodied with medium to high carbonation.
O: Better than many of the other "hefeweizens" out there, but I’d be fine not having this again. bhensonb (15621) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 6, 2007
Light aroma of wheat and grassy hop. Maybe floral hop. Hazy light gold color, with very little white head. Lightly carbonated, but it has a bite. Medium mouthfeel. It hints of a Saison. There seems to be significant clove. Arguably lemon. The finish is mildly bitter, and carries a little herb/veg. I just had a Saison, and I really think this has similarities.
