Named for the dam workers who packed all the explosives, this beer is flavorful and refreshing, yet not filling. Pilsen and Carapils malt give this brew a light, malty character and straw color. The palate is balanced with three hops – Northern Brewer and Tettnanger from Germany and Styrian Goldings from Slovenia.

Sampler at the brewpub in Boulder City. Light yellow in color with a fruity smell. Sweet malty flavor with a hint of hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

wombat23 (1621) - Texas, USA - MAR 22, 2017
Draft at the source. Hazy straw color, white head. Aroma of light malt, some fruitiness. Taste is light malt, fruity notes, grass. Doesn’t really taste like a pils - maybe more like a blonde. Watery and bland.

WillemsUrenkel (1953) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - MAY 4, 2016
Sampler at the source. Clear golden with a small white head in the glass. Hop and grain on the nose. Taste has some malt and hop on a low level. Some hop bitterness, smooth. Easydrinker. Okay.

slowrunner77 (12471) - Reno, Nevada, USA - JUL 22, 2015
Sigh...another light generic beer that could be a pilsner or a blonde or a lager...or who the hell cares. I know there ain;t many choices here, but this ain’t tryin.

Radek Kliber (7470) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - JUL 14, 2015
Where and how: at brewery (sampler)
Aromafloral milder herbal nose. Mild with proper clean lager vibe.
Appearance :
Top: large, white tasting cap with white rings on glass.
Base: clear and gold.
Palate : tad too soft for Pils maybe more like Helles in feel.
Taste: good approach, solid nice hop presentation. Body development is good but needs some carbonation to expose them in better way.

scooterbub (1067) - Lander, Wyoming, USA - NOV 27, 2014
On tap. Pours a golden color with a thin white head that lasts. Taste is of grass, malt and straw and some hops. Similar aroma. Has a medium body with a bitter finish. Easy to drink, but a bit bitter.

Travlr (25558) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUL 31, 2014
Draft at the source 12/19/13. Hazy pale yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of white bread dough. Taste is lemon, straw, banana. Light body.

stevoj (5369) - Boise, Idaho, USA - FEB 13, 2014
Another nice looking beer, but lacking the crisp hop pilsener character. Tends to be watery, bland. Not much flavor here.

decaturstevo (6343) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - APR 1, 2013
Yellow/gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is skunky. Flavor is perfumy, skunky, and just not good. Thin and watery and fizzy. A beer that was off.

Lubiere (14127) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 21, 2012
A lightly hazed blonde pils with a thick frothy and lacing off white head. In aroma, a grassy malt with faint wild yeast. In mouth, a grassy malt with fruity notes, watery bodied, faint hops, lightly cloying. On tap at brewpub, August 8 2012.
