COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Boulevard Ginger-Lemon Radler is a zesty, refreshing take on the tradition of mixing beer with soda or lemonade to create a light, thirst-quenching beverage ideal for warm weather. Radler (literally cyclist,) takes its name from active German sportsmen of a hundred years ago, but our version tastes just as good even if you do nothing more strenuous than lifting it to your lips.

Beautiful hazy yellow color. Two to three finger white head. Aroma is all about the ginger; the smell comes through so strong to me it reminds me of Vicks vapor rub. Taste is a good balance between the lemon and ginger. Feels great in the mouth; perfect carbonation. Overall Im surprised by this beer in the most wonderful way. Fantastic.

On tap, West Hills Flats & Taps. Hazy yellow, with a small ring of foam. You pretty much know what youre getting here - lemonade aroma, and lots of it. Sweet, of course, but not overboard. Maybe a hint of baby aspirin, too. Tart finish.

This pours a hazy yellow color with a slight white head. The aroma is as described with ginger and lemongrass notes. The taste is sweet and fruity with the lemon and ginger really coming thru. The texture has a nice depth to it that makes it nice without being too watery. Definitely a must try for shandy lovers on a warm summer day.

12 can - the appearance is a somewhat cloudy dull golden yellow with a thin white head that completely dissipates. It smells like what says: lemon ginger malt beverage. Tastes exactly like what its supposed to - lemony, gingery juice with a light beer undertone. Not my favorite style but its solid refreshing radler.

Can. Pours slightly hazed gold with a white head. Fresh ginger and mild lemonade sweetness, with some mild grainy underpinnings. Very drinkable, and the ginger adds a nice refreshing kick.

On tap in Devilicious, Temecula California on 10th Feb 2017. Not usually a ginger in beer man, or a Radler/Shandy guy either, but my daughter ordered a pint and I had a few gulps and sips to rate it. Blonde, straw coloured body, thin white head. The name says it all really: its got loads of ginger and lemon flavours and aromas within its make up. Refreshing and highly carbonated, thought it OK, but glad I did not have a pint to drink.
