tulip. beige color kind of cloudy tall head may be about three fingers but die very quick. Earthy aromas, cilantro, cranberries, and biscuit dough. Bottle @ THE Sour and Saison Tasting. Cheers to Leighton for the pour! The pour’s a deep reddish amber color with a medium head. The nose is herbal hop, garden patch, some ketchup and sea salt. The taste is mild balsamic reduction, bramble, some raspberry bakery tart. Mild sugary cookie. Medium acetic tartness on the long finish. Medium body, active carbonation. Overall, pretty solid work. nimbleprop (8382) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - OCT 29, 2012

Oaky as hell. So much barrel; borders on too much barrel. Dark cherries. Fruity blend with oak, soured grain, yeast. I prefer #3, I still love this.
Pours orange amber mostly clear with barely a grey head. Aroma is subte, tang, tropical fruit, and a tad bit of barbecue. Body is thinner bring light cherry and tart candy with a drier sweet tangy yeast.
