Bottle. It poured a hazy orange color with a white head. The aroma was of lemon, bread, oak and some sourness. The taste was similar to the aroma with more lemon, bread, oak, more sourness with medium carbonation and a bittersweet aftertaste. Another good one. 750 ml bottle. Hazy copper color, small white head. Aromas of vinegar, light fruit, and some barnyard. Taste has cherry skin, horseblanket, and again vinegar. WAY to much vinegar to be enjoyable. fidelis83 (2523) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - JUL 17, 2017
Hazy amber pour with a one finger, creamy beige head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma of cherry bounce, caramel, woody and vanilla notes, light lactic tarness, and a hint of woody and basement funk. Flavor is caramel, toasted wood, vanilla, light nutty notes, cherry bounce (in a slightly funky fermented cherries kinda way), leafy, planty earth, green wood. Medium body, slightly syrupy entry, acidic middle, drying out to the finish, with a light, sharp carbonation. All around good tasty sour, good balance. bytemesis (9345) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - JUN 24, 2017
Bottle. Pours clear orange, small off-white head, dissipates fairly slowly leaving minimal lacing. Aroma is oaky, funk, hints of caramel, lemon, peach, hints of acetone. Flavor is medium tart, light plus funk, lemon, stonefruit, buttery oak. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tasty. Can’t really believe its nearly 10% - doesn’t drink like it. djd07 (15704) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAR 18, 2017

75 cl bottle from SB. Clear copper colored. Thin white head. EvanFriend (643) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 13, 2016
Grapes, brett, funk, yeast, oakbarrels in aroma. Funky flavours, medium tart, cherries is coming in. Medium body, got a nice lingering aftertaste. A beer worthy for the last day of the year.
Starts sour, then gets sweet, then sour again, with a somewhat dry aftertaste. Tastes like sour apple, no harsh vinegar notes or anything. I like it. Drake (14109) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 23, 2016
750 mL bottle from Costco Charlottesville. Hazy copper, thin fizzy off-white head, fair retention. Aroma of lacto, peach, brett, toasted malts, citrus. The taste is tart peach, grapefruit, lacto, brett, pale malt. Medium bodied, strong lingering tartness. jgb9348 (6519) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - OCT 31, 2016
Super crisp and clear peach and apricot coloured body with an orange glow and a thin, very-fast dying slightly off-white head. Aroma of sour grapes, cherries, fruit, brett, yeast and a good deal of sour funk, like a gueuze - very nice! Light-bodied; Strong funky flavour of yeast, brett, sour grapes, cherries, citrus ngy flavours and even a bit of grain noticeable along with some lighter alcohol, some touches of malt and a hint of oak and dryness. Aftertaste is very sour, funky and especially complex with fruit, yeast, vinegary and tart flavours and a bit of toffee and sweetness near the end. Overall, a very nice, complex, light and sour/funky beer with a ton of nice flavours and a rich complexity near the end. I wish I bought more of these to age for many years, but I’m guessing I won’t be able to find this easily! A definite purchase for anyone who enjoys anything sour or funky - this is a good treat. I sampled this 75 cL corked and caged bottle purchased from Costco in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 17-January-2016 for US$15,99 sampled at home in Washington in celebration of running the 26,2 miles of the USMC Marathon in 2016 with my wife. drfabulous (8683) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - OCT 17, 2016
