COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our session IPA is copper in color with just enough malt sweetness and body to provide balance to a beer with bold hop flavor and aroma achieved by big charges of Mosaic hops in the brew house. This beer was dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra.

Can out of Cousin Matt’s Californian Christmas selection box. Veiled orange with a narrow white lid frilling with lace. Aroma of peach air freshener infused chip shop batter. Too much soggy malt sweetness submerging peachy coniferous hop. Saline touches. Soapy Lockets. Not my thing.

Can at home. While cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Pale yellow pour, average head with sopme spotty lacing. The aroma is Mosaic hops, citrus, tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. Light bodied, indistinct fruit, pilsner like grassiness. Tastes lagered and simple, there are much more expressive SIPA’s out there.

Dig this one. Session IPAs are all about showcasign the hop. This does that, and the hop choices are solid. Fruity and bright. light on the palate.
