COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our session IPA is copper in color with just enough malt sweetness and body to provide balance to a beer with bold hop flavor and aroma achieved by big charges of Mosaic hops in the brew house. This beer was dry hopped with a blend of Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra.

Light sweet flavor with pale dry, pale bread, pithy citrus, light flinty minerals, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately clean on the finish with basic pale malts, rindy bitterness, subtle pine, faint bread, orange, grapefruit and more tangerine. Tasty, simple sessioner.

Can @ home. Clear golden orange pour with a tall, dense, sticky, white head. Smells of fresh orange and grapefruit. Zesty, floral, and bready. Nice hints of pine as well. Flavor and lightly bitter. Plenty of juicy, zesty citrus and bright floral hops. Good malt character and body. Crushable.

bhensonb (15493) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 2, 2015
Can from Bine & Vine. Pours bright gold with a slight white head. Aroma has lots of interesting fruits. Not quite med body. Flavor is a bit papery after the hop melts away. Hop is fairly complex for me, but it isn’t really very intense. A nice little session ale, very flavorful given the ABV, but it is rather moderate by today’s flavor standards. I’d take it to the lake!
