Good standard IPA. Piney, floral hops aroma dominates all others. Cloudy golden color that shows the particulates if you look close enough. Carbonated and dry feel on the palate. Strong hops bitterness that lingers. Not overly complex but hits the spot if you are in need of an IPA.

Big offwhite head. Yellow body made hazy by lots of little particles. Resiny mango aroma with citric notes. Dry resiny citric mango taste with grainy pea notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mouthfeel, and it seems I can feel the particles. Dry resiny herbal pineapple aftertaste with menthol notes. Not bad, but suffering from a number of drawbacks. Might be old. (0.355l bottle, wine monopoly, web order.)

Sigmund (7315) - Tau, NORWAY - NOV 22, 2012
Shared 355 ml bottle, from the Norwegian importer. No ABV mentioned on the label. Hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of American hops, notes of spruce, citrus and tropical fruits. The flavour is distinctly hoppy throughout, with the same elements as the aroma, but is never too bitter. Just enough malts to make the beer feel tolerably balanced. Very likeable.

Shared bottle at Sigmunds place. Pours light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of new cut grass, mint and pine. Taste is smooth, a lot less hops than promised by the aroma, but still a decent beer, herbal hops, crisp and fresh, lingering dry and bitter, nice one.

355 ml bottle kindly shared by Sigmund. Pours a hazy pale orange body with a fingerthick dense off-white head. Fresh herbs, gooseberries, metallic and malty notes on the nose. Medium to full bodied. Bitter, brothy, leaving the tongue salty and dry. Heavily cabonated.

Pours a beautiful orange with nice white head...lots of lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and citrus. Taste the floral bitterness on the front end but finishes crisp. A "go to" IPA ----Hophaze out

Sample at WF 2012. Smell of citrus, flowers and some black currant. Similar taste. Strong carbonation (too strong). Got nice after rolling around in the glass for a while.

Six pack from Gails Hops and Grapes in Hickory. Gold pour with thin off white and lacy retention. Aroma is floral and citrus hops. Taste is grassy bitter, apricot, caramel, citrus resin. Metallic vibe through the finish. Thin oily texture. Ok.

Beer5000 (6381) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 21, 2012
Shared bottle @ Patricks. A bit cloudy orange body wit a medium sized off-white head. Fine citric fruity aroma with a hint of grass. Flavor is soft malty, citric fruit, pine and pleasant bitterness. Medium body and nice aftertaste with pleasant bitterness. A nice, not very bitter IPA. Noting very extraordinary, and difficult to put my finger on it, but is well crafted and pleasant to drink. Sometimes that just what the doctor ordered.

Light fruity hop and yeast-y aroma.Tastes hoppy, with some fruitiness coming through in finish/aftertaste. Nice, smooth bitterness. Some really subtle grainy malt flavor, with some sweetness -- but not super sweet. Best by date: 5/21/12; Drank 12/30/11
