Pint glass. High 80s out on the patio at The Ginger Man in Dallas. Great aroma. The beginning and end are perfect but its pretty hollow otherwise. Not much head. Not very floral. Bites at the end.

Beautifully crafted IPA. Not perfect, but very well done. Had this from the bottle, which in typical Boulevard fashion is bottle conditioned with the yeast. Has a reddish tinged orangey kind of thing going on. Wonderful aroma of pine, citrus, very strong grapefruit. You almost think youre smelling a cup of Squirt pop. I love it. Has great body, not too thick, not too thin. A hint of malt to it. Very nice bitterness. I am not fond of calling things session beers. I think of things as pounder beers. This is totally a pounder beer. An IPA that doesnt sizzle the tongue with bitterness. Solid IPA from Boulevard.

12 oz bottle. Pours with a nice head, and a golden color. It does have the traditional hoppiness of an ipa, but not over the top. Pretty drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz bottle: Appearance is a hazy brown with slow fading off white head. Aroma is of citrus hops. Taste is of citrus hops and slightly sweet malt backbone. Fairly boring IPA.

Enjoyed in a pint glass at Fox N Hound in Chesterfield Valley (Chesterfield, MO). 2nd Review... Enjoyed on-tap for $2.50 @ Fox N Hound in Chesterfield, MO. Finished with their Fish n Chips. (1st) Appearance- Amber color, cloudy throughout, and 2 fingers of head (2nd) Appearance- Clear Golden/Amber body with 1 Finger of head that died quickly. A huge netting of lace was left on the side as well. (1st) Smell- Extreme hops with citrus. Awesome! (2nd) Smell- Citrus hops upfront and a grassy/floral combo as well. There are a complexed amount of hops in this Single Wide IPA. (1st) Taste- Almost has enough hops to be an IPA. There is a caramel twist inside and has the best complex flavor possible. Have enjoyed in a bottle many times as well. (2nd) Taste- Funny that I said "has enough hops to be an IPA" before. I think the Style from BA was an APA even though this is clearly an IPA. I hit on these huge citrus hops again and pale malts were contributed to a great end of drink bitterness. (1st) Mouthfeel- Medium Bodied with good sensations as it hits my palate (2nd) Mouthfeel- Light-Medium Bodied, Small Carbonation, and smooth tasting IPA! (1st) Drinkability- Very hoppy, but a sensational ale. I would say this is my favorite of Boulevards and can always turn people onto this ale. Ordered another one after my first tasting. Could only drink two or three though, takes a while to drink this ale. (2nd) Overall- Once again, has enough hops to kill a man, but I dig this type of IPA. Would like to try doing 2 tastings/reviewings of many beers I list on BA but like to move onto as many as possible.

12 oz. bottle @ Julios Liquors. Used a shaker glass. Lightly carbonated. Fast dissipating head, not much lace. Real mild sent of malt and the lightest of hops. Taste is nearly as dull as the scent. Light in body. I wouldnt buy this again. I would spend the extra money and get the Double Wide.

A nice subtle, but still hoppy, IPA. It does not have the citrus range of the hops, but still a nice hop flavor. There was some malt, not too much. The finish was a nice hop bitter. Would drink again.

From bottle to tulip. Pine, zest, citrus aroma. Very typical, but good. Brown caramel color with large-bubble head. Bitter, but some sweetness lingers and finishes bitter. Average IPA overall, nothing special or unique. A good quality brew nonetheless.

Six pack acquired from Julios. Pours out a light golden-orange brew. "Bright" citrus-spice aroma. Light "tea" flavors on the top end. Good mix of hops. Some spice, some lemon. Bitter-bread on the backside. A little sticky on the finish, but otherwise pretty good.
