Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, sweet malt, light yeasty, moderate alcohol. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, rye, sweet malt - yeast, alcohol - whisky - bourbon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic.

X. Amber colour with a mediumsized beige longlasting head. Aroma is vanilla, wood, some bourbon as well as quite much rye bready notes to it. Flavour is bourbon, vanilla, some wood as well as mild alcohol and some toffeeish notes. Beautifully balanced.

Hazy reddish - brown beer. Big cream coloured head. Soft palate. Milky sweet nose with a little wood. Sourish cream with a little wood and vanilla. Mild whisky. Slight bitterness in the finish. A nice beer but it’s more Rye sour than Rye spice.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Lightly hazy deep amber, small head. Caramelly nose with rye whiskey. Mid sweet with full body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramel peppery whiskey and licorice. Warming and intense, yet mellow and edgeless.
