UPDATED: OCT 22, 2013 Initial rating 6/14/2013:
Pours hazy gold with an intense, thick, foamy white head that lasts. A bit more carbonation than Tank 7 and a wonderful earthy, farmhouse aroma. Incredibly easy to drink with a smooth, medium-light body. A great saison-brett!
Second rating 10/22/2013: Aged this bottle for exactly 5 months. Intense foam. Less carbonation than before and alcohol is more noticeable. Very, very smooth with an almost velvety texture. A bit funkier in taste- not quite more farmhouse but definitely something a wee bit earthy/peaty...perhaps just characteristically Brett? Not bad, but not amazing. Alcohol notes still rather strong compared to a slight fruitiness.

Good, but I was hoping for more. Anyway, golden color, foaming head. Nose is light, with pepper and other indistinct spice, some bretty funk, grassy. Flavor similar, a little hayloft funk, seemed sweetish at first but turned very dry, moderate bitterness. Subdued. Mattseward (29) - - NOV 12, 2017

(Bottle) Clear, pale orange body with an enormous white head that reduces into very stiff peaks and thick lace. Aroma is fruity and herbal. The flavor is moderately sweet with a semi-dry finish; citrus, pear fruit; herbal and spiced; slightly minty or medicinal. Medium body, smooth. DonGregorio (576) - POLAND - NOV 3, 2017
Shared 2016 bottle. Hazy golden to orange colour, frothy white head. Big, fresh aroma of pale fruits, hay, spice, peach, light citrus, lemon, flowers. Taste is light sweet and light+ bitter, of pale fruits, hay, spice, peach, minerals, light citrus, lemon, orange, light leather. Spice and fruits in the finish. Medium- body, quite lively carbonation. Really drinkable and refreshing. Overall very nice - extremely complex and very intense, with maybe a bit too high carbonation.

Tiny pour from a bottle at a tasting. Consumed on 9-23-17. Pours a hazy brass to bronze with a small amount of beige head. Fresh, Bretty aroma. Smells good. Sweet and Bretty taste. Sweeter than I prefer for a saison but enjoyable. Smooth and frothy in the palate. Medium body. 220.127.116.11.14=>3.5 Radek Kliber (7487) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - SEP 12, 2017

Aroma fragrant, aromatic, soft of side with mild funk abound. Zesty, hinted with barnyard at finish.
Top: gushing top, ornamental lace with rings.
Base: fine haze on gold
Palate : medium bodied, average carbonation, semi dry. Longer end.
Taste:Belgian yeast, gentle soft dryness, notes of dry hop, sweet sugary back with gentle Brett funk. Complex, multi layered profile. Only minus, tad too sweet on walls.
Very good saison. Traditional farmhouse with some punch. Not so tangy but the brett come thru strong. Dry with a sweet palate. Medium body and mouth.
