COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment thatís just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard itís fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were developing variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.

Has a cloudy gold color and yeasty sweet aroma. Incredibly mellow sweet fruity taste with no bitter finish.

An unabashedly funky and yeasty farmhouse. Itís spicy and earthy, and it leaves with a complex, long goodbye thatís just a bit sour and also hints at dry pepper. The lively, golden body is a marvelous sight, but Iím usually unable to appreciate it... because Iím too busy drinking this beer to look at it.

Shared 12 oz bottle. Pours hazy golden with a huge off white head. Aroma is yeas, citrus with grains. Nice taste with yeast, grains, esters and orange peel.

355 ML bottle Straw yellow color, bright white, fluffy head. Great retention and body to head, Good soapy lacing left with it. Bright, crisp grapefruit, citrus peel and bread nose. Fresh and vibrant. Warm bread taste quite malty with just undertones of spicy bitterness that grow in the taste. Hight carbonation and lighter bodied. Bone dry finish with some citrus peel. Alcohol is obvious in the feel and finish. Really solid saison

Big grapefruit taste with zing and bitterness. Not the best farmhouse ale out there. But delivers as advertised. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fruity aroma and a nice golden appearance with a thick white head. Just the right amount of bitter!

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white ring that quickly disappears. Aroma is yeast, grains and small funk. Taste is light a crisp, dry palate with yeast spiciness. Really pleasant and just something to waste the night away.

This is actually my first farmhouse ale and if I didnít know better, blind review I would have thought it was an IPA. The fruity, hoppy aroma was superb. Loved it. Cloudy, golden color with a thick, white head. Lace was average. Migher than avg on carbonation. That first sip was lively. Hoppy flavor matched the aroma. Moderate bitterness lingered. I donít have any others Iíve had to compare but overall a very decent ale.
