Straw golden with 3 finger head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, banana, hoppy. Taste is huge, complex and dry. Bread, yeasty, opens up to pineapple, citrus, spicy, hops. The hops develop more on the finish with a good yeast kick. Good drinker this one. ttoadee (1608) - Austin, Texas, USA - MAR 8, 2014
UPDATED: SEP 6, 2015 Dark gold pour, strong white 12 finger head. Nose is citrus and funky Belgian yeast. Bitter. Middle is sweet bready malt, tangerine and orange playing together, and a hint of licorice. Finish is yeasty and bittersweet. This has improved from my first try. zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - MAR 8, 2014
(bottle - corked & caged 750 ml) Slightly hazy gold pour with puffy white head. Spicy yeast aroma with some grapefruity hop notes. Flavor isn’t as bitter and acidic as I thought thankfully. Light bitter hops with some mild spice and lots of farmhouse yeast. Very clean and slightly bitter finish. solidfunk (9444) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - MAR 8, 2014
Great package here. Well balanced between hay, Belgian floral yeast and a touch of hops. Pours cloudy orange with good head and lacing. Finishes lightly floral and sweet. Tap at Smoke and Barrel.

Smells real good. Perfect with a good meal. Sweet and mild taste. Easy to drink. Love that its 8,5%. Fell i love with this beer at once. ;-) duke33 (69) - Eldersburg, Maryland, USA - MAR 6, 2014
Mildly fizzy on the tongue. Pours a beautiful golden yellow, with a thick white head. It’s an amazingly clean and crisp Saison. Even though it’s 8.5%, it’s not overburdened with a high alcohol flavor. Crompt (124) - York, South Carolina, USA - MAR 6, 2014
UPDATED: MAY 14, 2014 One of my favorite saisons! The wife and I have both voted and the consensus was unanimous that this is the perfect beer with a fancy $10 burger. I get hops, citrus and funk which is my trifecta of perfection in a farmhouse style saison. thebeertourist (5188) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 1, 2014
Bottle. Hazy, pale golden with a good white head. Spicy fruit nose, hints of coriander. Lemony flavours, a bit acidic, also quite bitter. Dry finish. Interesting. AbbeyRoade (562) - Missouri, USA - FEB 28, 2014
Ideal Saison. Not too funky, but certainly has that farmhouse flavor and aroma to it that makes this unique yet enjoyable. Smooth, flavorful, not too sweet. Good to drink with just about anything.
