COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Most breweries have at least one piece of equipment thats just a bit persnickity. Here at Boulevard its fermenter number seven, the black sheep of our cellar family. Ironically, when our brewers were developing variations on a traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in that very vessel. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.

750ml cork and wire bottle from Vinmonopolet bestillingsutvalget. Solid, rocky white head that stayed well on top of an unclear, pale apricot coloured body. Firm lacing. Fresh smell of fruits and dusty hops. Sappy flavours of citrus joined by mild sweetness leading to a malt-fruity finish tingled with alcohol. Well balanced. Likable (shared at a rating session In Troms 13.11.2013).

Flaska frn Systembolaget. Dimmigt gul vtska med ett frostigt vitt skum, som vackert vilar lnge. Doftar citron, rter, h, grnt te och apelsinskal. Fruktig smak med inslag av h och rter - det r aningen skarpt och fyrkantigt. Torr munknsla. Medelfyllig kropp.

Bottle bought at the Great British Beer Festival 2013 - poured into a Gouden Carolus glass. Opaque golden yellow with plentiful bubbly head. Grapefruit hops, perfumed, yeasty aroma. Dry, well rounded, tasty. Hint of straw, light fruitcake, hoppy. Well worth a glass.

One of my favorites. Golden color, but a little cloudy as a Farmhouse ale should be. Great flavor and balance of tartness and fresh finish. Good for all seasons.

Pours a hazy yellow from the bottle with fluffy white head that leaves good lacing. Atoms is grassy up front, with hints of lemon and grapefruit. Taste follows, but add elements funky barn from the yeast. Nice stuff.

Bottle poured a hazy light yellow w/ an enormous white head. Big aromas of citrus - grapefruit and lemon, peppery yeast, grassy floral hops. Initial flavor is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Tastes are similar to the nose. Light to medium bodied, lively carbonation, creamy mouthfeel, and a crisp dry finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy gold color with a white head that settles to a film with nice lacing. Aroma is mostly sour with some yeast. Taste is mostly clean with some fruitiness and a touch of sour. Slight sour finish. Excellent! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
