Bottle. Pours a semi-clear straw yellow with a nice white head and gentle lacing. Plenty of big grapefruit, citrus and pine in this one. Also nicely carbonated. Hats off to Boulevard for rivaling some of the bigger IPA west coast breweries! I would recommend moving it from the testing room to the lineup now!

Bottle:   Orangish golden, faint haze, large pillowy white head, nice lacing.   Soft sweet citrus peel bitterness on the nose.   Lots of citrus peel bitterness on the tongue.   Could use a smidgen more sweetness.   Its even a little dry.   Body and mouthfeel are dry.   Citrus peel bitterness on the finish.   Fairly good, solid, but nothing out of the ordinary.   Good example tho. arnoudaantjes (18) - - JUL 22, 2015

Overall I wish I would have had this beer fresh. Got the 12 pack home and saw the date was almost a month old. Not happy with my distributor. I love the smell but the taste did not compare. Still not a bad beer that I think fresh would be something that I would suggest to a friend. DrinkinWell (389) - - MAY 17, 2015
Light coppery yellow. Subtle citrus aromas. Crisp, bitter flavors. Lemon zest, orange, grapefruit. Nice summer IPA.

Translucent gold with many bubbles and a small white head with good retention. Pleasantly robust aroma consisting of citrus, spruce, mango, pineapple, and grass. Very nice ipa. Mid bodied and quite smooth. The malt is definitely supplanted by the hops, but it is still quite balanced. Tastes exactly as it smells with an expected bitter finish. kevinator (2887) - The Colony, Texas, USA - MAY 3, 2015
Really pleasant. Strong citrus and floral aroma. Clean light copper color. Light palate with good carbonation. Fresh flavor with bitterness up front and a medium malt bill. dfinney23 (3424) - Houston, Texas, USA - APR 30, 2015
No lie ’bout the hops. Mostly pine and grass with citrus and a bitter kick at the end. Straight from the "coast" of the Missouri River. JStax (7395) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - MAR 28, 2015
12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a clear gold with a white head of foam. The aroma has citrus, pine, and tropical fruits. Taste is mostly an earthy, near herbal bitterness that transforms into a fruity sweetness. Medium body and medium carbonation. unclemike (3206) - Junction City Kansas, Kansas, USA - MAR 16, 2015
Hazy golden orange with a decent off-white head. Aroma is of citrus, faint pine, pineapple, and other tropical fruits. Taste is of lemon, oranges, nectarines, light grassiness, grain and caramel, light booze, clean bitterness.
