An aptly-titled brew, considering that it is the color of sunshine. While I did find the citrus tones to be a bit heavy and the carbonation to be slightly harsh, I really dug this brew. It’s one of the more refreshing wheat ales that I’ve ever had. The sweet wheat malt is ridiculously satisfying when paired with the citrus flavor. Cool bottle, too. 12 oz bottle (best by 10/15/13, 7 weeks ago) from Tipsy’s into my Funkwerks glass. Pale yellow appearance with a frothy white head. Fresh aroma of orange peel, lemon juice, coriander, herbs, yeast, light spices and bready malts. Similar flavor, lightly sweet with an average body. Smooth and refreshing flavor.

Good wit. Nice aromas of coriander and citrus, leaning toward lemony. Light golden yellow color with a white head. Crisp and clean palate. Refreshing. Flavors are traditional wit with lemon and orange peel and the given coriander. Some spice and a little yeast. Good example of the style. Steve_0 (3744) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 30, 2013
Bottle at Niko’s with friends. Pour is slightly hazy golden with a big white head and good lacing. Wheaty, bready, lightly grassy, a touch smoky, doughy, and a hint of spice in the aroma. Taste is light lemon, oranges, straw, doughy, light pepper, grainy, and bready with a lightly spicy aftertaste. Light body with high carbonation. Pretty boring wit. Taosmax (25) - - OCT 26, 2013
Pours a golden color with full white head, little lacing. Aromas of bread dough, citrus, coriander, some hops. Malty-sweet flavors offset by hops bitterness and slightly sour ale fermentation. A very good, true-to-style Belgian Wit. jcnielsen (3416) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 27, 2013
