draft @ uber - cleansed my palate with this very nice dry-hopped IPA; bright orange with foamy white head bringing out the sweet, citrus hop aromas; love the big hops from the dry-hopping without the excessive bitterness in the flavors 19Ei8hty (1166) - Washington, USA - SEP 1, 2008
On tap - Taphouse Grill, Bellevue WA - Ruby red with a soft white head/. Great rich, caramel malt backbone with moderate citrus and a great, crisp, super-floral, resiny dry-hop profile. Really great. rthbass (29) - West Linn, Oregon, USA - AUG 17, 2008

GREAT Northwest IPA! Very balanced. Great flavor and aroma. Citrus upon fruit upon citrus. Excellent IBU backbone for the amount of flavor. Great lacing. VERY well-crafted beer!
On tap at Palace Kitchen in Seattle, WA - Pours a beautiful amber color, almost orange in appearance. Aroma of grapefruit/citrus zest, with a flavor of nice, well-balanced fruity hops. This isn’t a super-hoppy IPA, but a very well-rounded beer that is very enjoyable to drink. Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 1, 2008
On tap at Trumpeter’s Ale House in Mt. Vernon, WA--Poured a deep amber-orange body with a nice creamy head. Perfect mesh of citrus floral hops and malt underpinning. Perfectly built IPA.

A deep amber color with a huge hop aroma and flavor. This was a great IPA The hops and malts where almost perfect. This was big hops and for those who like the flavor this was awesome. Great Beer....

Peachy-marigold tinged blonde beer, with some stronger amber and copper tints through the middle. Medium to medium-high clarity, obviously low filtration. White head is one-finger high, showing moderate retention, light lacing.
Heavily aspirinated aroma is sour and backed by heavily bitter hops. White grapefruit, lemon peel, sourdough bread, sweat and crushed aspirin make short work of the light honeyish malts. Not a very strong aroma, with the yeast adding a bland note. All citrus, light resin, not too encouraging...
Heavily sour/bitter twang in the mouth, with alpha acids running rampant, an aspirin and dough flavor of unmitigated yeast. Almost no malt backing and very little attempt at flavor hops. Absolutely unbalanced, fatiguing and crass. Perhaps some toasted malt notes, but no doubt they are just another aspect of the dryness and sour flavors. Would not have guessed amarillo, those don’t seem well-done here at all. Moderate carbonation, slightly aggressive at times. Yikes.
Flat beer, Had it at the Elk in Spokane and it used to be good. Now hops taste like they are last years rejects. Color was still good however I think that this beer was past its prime beerbuyerman (1) - Spokane, Washington, USA - DEC 1, 2006 does not count
Had this beer in Spokane, was flat and stale tasting. Hops were non existant and aftertaste was terrible I can’t believe that this beer is their flagship brand. I won’t try it again asteele8 (322) - Des Moines, Washington, USA - NOV 18, 2006
On tap. Pours a bright orangey amber color with a thin white head on top. Aroma is mostly hops, citrus and grapefruit notes taking top with caramel/toffee malts giving the undertone. Flavor is mostly a blend of fruity hops making citrus and grapefruit come out just like in the aroma. Another good beer from Boundary Bay.
