COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our most traditional pale style, Bitter’s pleasing caramel color is a reflection of the malts, notably pale 2-Row & Carastan malts. The clean flavors of Perle, Mt. Hood and Cascade hops make this a smooth and eminently quaffable ale with a dry finish that calls out for more!

Poured into a mug, the appearance was a muddy copper color with a nice lasting finger’s worth of white foamy head. Slow dissipation and leaves some messy lace. The aroma had a nice blend of earthy and grassy hop bitterness, light toast and some dry toffee malts. The flavor had a dry crisp malty sweetness adding in a touch of cracker/white bread underneath. Dry malty and earthy aftertaste. Crisp malty dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a good sessionability about it. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt appropriate. Overall, good ESB that I could come back to if I had it in my distro.

Draft pour pint at The Game, as part of my pulling beers out of RB hiatus program. Pours a hazy copper golden color with a cream head. Soft dusty malt aroma. Easy drinking bitter here. Nutty malt. Cool, sort of dry finish. Slightly better than stadard for the style. Enjoyable beer here.

Tap @ brewpub. Copper colored pour with a white head. Aroma is bitterness, lightly toasted malt, and minimal pine. Taste is somewhat mineral with nice bitterness and pine and some toasted, grainy notes. Little chalky in the mouth. Nice.

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy deep blond color with creamy head. Light malt aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, with light malt flavor that happens to be a bit dusty, no caramel, average bitterness, and a light earthy finish; apparently there is a very light residual sweetness, and extremely light liquorice trace.
A simple Ale, nothing to do with real British Bitters.

A nice amber with a small head. the aroma is malty sweet with a bit of nuts and bread. The flavor is very true to the style, malty sweetness balanced nicely by the bitter hops.
