Dark brown in colour, with a subtle vanilla aroma. The vanilla sweetness contrasts nicely with the slight bitterness from the roasted barley and chocolate malts

Bottle, LCBO. Dark brown, cola like fizziness when poured, cola like bubbly head that disappears. Aroma is nice - vanilla, roasted barley notes. Lots of vanilla up front but not over the top. A really neat earthy undertone in behind the roasted barley. Chocolaty as well. A very beat unique take on a vanilla porter - I really enjoyed it.

A very well balanced beer. The sweetness of the vanilla is offset very nicely by the bitterness. A warming, interesting beer. Would definitely consume again.

Rich aroma of vanilla and chocolate. Tan head that pours big and quickly leaves a small head, pitch black. Full bodied, chocolate, vanilla, sweet. Desserty beer, pretty good.
