2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Easily the worst Marzen-style beer I’ve ever tasted. On draft at the pub in West Chester. This beer poured a light gold color, not within the characteristic of the style. There was virtually no head and no lacing. The flavors were way too fruity and hoppy and did not have any Marzen, malty characteristic at all. This was more of an APA or amber ale. The Boxtoberfest was nowhere near an Oktoberfest-quality beer.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
12oz bottle. Pours a clear light copper color with a small white head that falls very quickly. Aroma is very mild, with just a hint of sweetness. Flavor is also on the bland side, with light malts and herbal hops mildly in the finish. Medium to thinner body, with moderate carbonation.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is like a butter bomb...awful. flavor is buttered fruit with a hint of grass. Mouthfeel is medium with a gingery/grassy/buttered finish. Terrible...absolutely awful.
