COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Spring Seasonal Wheat Beer brewed to style like found in Belgium. This is a classic unfiltered style of beer using imported yeast and hops. Our nouveau approach to this beer adds some additional complexity as we use orange peel, pear sugar, coriander and organic pink peppercorns. The resulting flavor has subtle notes of orange, citrus and spiciness in a crisp dry finish.

Tasting glass at boxing cat shanghai. Pours hazy golden with big head. Fruity wheaty aroma with wheaty, herbal yeasty taste.

I drank this beer in the Boxing Cat, Shanghai. It is a regular witbier. The body is yellow and troubled, clear. Regular carbonation for this style and white foam. The taste is with wheat, light, coriandre, refreshing.

If you want a Belgian wit, absolutely this is not worth for the name, rather than a pale ale. I can’t get any charactor of a Begian beer, neither the tast and foam. I have to say, they are not good at this type.

On tap at Fuxing Lu on 25 June. Pours hazy light yellow with a white head. Aroma of coriander and spice. Sweet finish.

Pours a cloudy straw yellow. Aroma and taste are both light malt with citrus. Dry finish.

Lovely yellow apperance, with a nice head. Nice sweet wheat flavour. One of my favourites from Boxing Cat.

I found the aroma lacking on most of these Boxing Cat beers. Some fruity citrus notes here. Decent.

Very good, slightly penolic, well balanced with lots of orange peel and coriander. Extremely well executed. This is a great showing of the style. This is their ultimate summer beer. Seriously they could sell this by the pitcher. Yum
