COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An ale with a deep amber color from the copious amounts of crystal malt as well as a light touch of chocolate malt. The malt undertones provide a slight burnt sugar flavor as well as caramel richness. The malt is offset by the use of 2 different hops as well as a dry hop addition of Centennial and Citra hops. The resulting flavor is complex with additional herbal/spicy notes. Imperial in stature and aroma! Part of the Boxer’s Choice series.
