COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hybrid style of beer combining Belgian Witbier with an American IPA. This beer is brewed with Belgian yeast and a high percentage of malted wheat along with the traditional witbier ingredients of orange peel and whole coriander seed. The IPA influence of US Cascade and Citra hops is evident in the floral citrus aroma and resulting flavor. The striking combination of ingredients provides a harmonious balance that is very thirst quenching but leaves a pleasant finish of hop bitterness.

Tap at Mikkeller Bangkok. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, big woody resin hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, fresh, light citrus, super hop bitter, light peppermint palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Tap at the brew pub. Pours a light gold. The initial flavor has some strong hops with a mild citrus flavor. The finish is a bit too bitter for my tastes but isn’t overpowering. OK Overall.
