COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special style of pale ale that has high hop bitterness, flavor, aroma and a higher alcohol content. Originally brewed in England for the long trip to India when additional hops were added for preservation. Boxing Cat TKO IPA has a medium body with some maltiness. Three different hop varieties contribute estery citrus and tangerine notes to this fine light orange-copper color beer. Dry-hopped aggressively with Simcoe and Amarillo hops.

Pours a clear copper. Nice hoppy aroma, grassy, floral, and light citrus. The taste starts sweet and finishes with medium bitterness. Tastes piney with some citrus.

Light, bright copper color with a golden tint. Slow rising bubbles fill the glass and hold a 1/4" white head. Aroma is malty and bitter. Somewhere between a traditional amd.American IPA. Good bitterness but with a strong malt backbone.

this was a beer, thaty for mee has everything i look for with a modern IPA soft under tones of malt with nice clean hop forward mid palate, with a citrus zing that lingers nicely in the mouth!

Tap at the brewery. Pours a golden color without much head or lacing. Smooth initial taste with some strong hops. Not much maltiness. The bitterness comes on strong and is the kind that stays in your mouth for the rest of the night- a negative for me. OK but not great overall.

CBC. Light haze on this gold beer. This really is pretty much the same as the Sucker Punch, just a little drier.
