COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A special style of pale ale that has high hop bitterness, flavor, aroma and a higher alcohol content. Originally brewed in England for the long trip to India when additional hops were added for preservation. Boxing Cat TKO IPA has a medium body with some maltiness. Three different hop varieties contribute estery citrus and tangerine notes to this fine light orange-copper color beer. Dry-hopped aggressively with Simcoe and Amarillo hops.

I am drinking now this beer at the Boxing Cat. In my opinion, it is a perfecr IPA. The body is copper, white and thin foam, regular carbonation. The taste is well balanced, bitter, malty, a bit citrus, perfect bitterness, I love that.

this was a beer, thaty for mee has everything i look for with a modern IPA soft under tones of malt with nice clean hop forward mid palate, with a citrus zing that lingers nicely in the mouth!

Again, a couple of bonus points for being this good in China. New brewer, same name. Rich golden beer, small head by the time it came to the table on the third floor, great lacing. Truly massive nose of American hops, and a hop slam taste to match. Bitter, orange and grapefruit and pine tar ... among the best IPAs i have ever had, actually, and bonus points for being true to type and courageously over the top for China.

On tap at Boxing Cat. Pours hazy golden amber with a white head. Hoppy citrus mango and passion fruit aroma. Bitter finish.
