COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pagan’s Pillar is a sparkling copper ale. It’s based on a vintage ale / Irish red but with more carbonation to lift the palate and give a more lively appearance, and also has a new hop to add an extra dimension to the flavour. This ale is created using a medley of malts to introduce a rich copper colour in appearance. We also use a variety of German citrus hops to create a rich orange peel character that compliments the malt perfectly. Where does the name "Pagan’s Pillar" come from? The ancient pillar of pagan kings - the "Stone of Destiny"- was said to cry out when touched by the hand of the rightful King of Tara. Celebrate the marvel and mystery of old with this smooth, full-flavoured sparkling copper ale.

Pite u Marcina D. w HQ

Jak na Irish ale, rzeczywiście ok - jest w tle delikatny zbożowy karmelek. Calość raczej wodnista i nijaka. Niemniej, nic tu nie przeszkadza i nic nie męczy. Przyjemne.

Bottle from VI Warsaw Beer Festival. Srednia pianka ale centymetr pozostaje do konca degustacji. Klarowna jasno bursztynowa barwa. Zapach bardzo niejasny jakby chmiel przetarty o kore drzewna. Smak wyraznie goryczkowy i wytrawny. Nieco karmelu, ale zdecydowanie jest to piwo wytrawne i goryczkowe
