Draft at the taproom.. Pours mostly clear straw golden with no real head... Sweet wheat and light lemony essence that seems out of place for a traditonal witbier.. No spicing to speak of... Okay, and very safe.. nothing to write home about.. just sooo very average. natejgood (524) - Bozeman, Montana, USA - AUG 12, 2015
Pours clear golden with a pillowy white head. Head does not last as long as some Belgian wits but it is pretty while it lasts. Aroma of sweet citrus but it smells a bit like a lager. Crisp citrus taste on the front end followed by the wheat. The taste on the front end is actually pretty strong. I’m not a bit fan of wit beers, but this one isn’t bad. Third stop during the ABA Beer Tour ’07 in Bozeman, Montana. Sampled at the Bozeman brewery brewpub on tap. Pours a cloudy lemonade pale blonde brew with an average dissolving white head. Aroma of citrus and wheat with a Piña Colada character scent. Taste is light bodied, average carbonation, with flavors of yeast and a sweet fruity oranges. Finish is slightly dry with a wheat and citrus aftertaste. tomciccateri (1034) - Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA - JUL 1, 2007
On draught at the tap room, labeled 5.6%. Light-bodied, with a slight lemon character, well-carbonated, with a late dry wheaty flavor. kyzr (1593) - Montana, USA - JUN 21, 2007
Cloudy straw yellow with small white head. Sweet citrus aroma, with taste much the same. Slight hoppy finish, yet very clean and fresh.

Cloudy golden body with white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, tangerine. Taste is the same, with light yeast. Watery light body, quite drinkable. Tastes more like a fruit beer than a wit.
