Growler courtesy of jake65. Pours copper with a tan head. Smells of citrus, floral hints, spice, some dark fruity hints. Tastes fruity and floral with some nice spicy elements and a sweet, malty finish, jake65 (4000) - Meridian, Idaho, USA - FEB 28, 2010
Pours a glowing orange amber with a thin beige head. Aroma is citrus hops (albiet a bit faded), caramel, and red licorice. Wonderful taste is a lightly citrus, floral, caramel, and faded hops sweetness. Nothing stands out here except for the amazingly seemless transition between florals and sweetness. Medium body. Light florals in the tail. Again, amazingly smooth and no hints at all of the 10% ABV. Excellent kyzr (1596) - Montana, USA - OCT 6, 2009
In honor of Montana upping the alcohol % to 14! Pours dark amber with small tan head. Nose of sweet dried fruit and malt. Flavor is rich with caramel, roast and a kick of alcohol that really warms you up. Medium body and one hell of a hoppy bitter finish!
