A very pale, brilliant blonde beer, with citrus and summer fruit aromas, making it extremely refreshing.

Bottle from Co-op, Pickering, North Yorkshire. Pale golden in colour with a thick white head. It has a light floral fruity flavour with toffee notes and honey notes on the gentle finish. Ok.

Mr_Pink_152 (5243) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - NOV 24, 2016
Tried at the Strugglers Inn, Lincoln. Golden colour with a white head. Grainy malt aroma with caramel sweetness in the taste. Light body

bottle from the co op. Very clear light appearance with strong head, little hop aroma. Pleasant mild bready malt flavour, nice mouthfeel from the yeast and some crisp hops on the finish. Very refreshing and quaffable, This might be a bit bland for some(the citrus flavour which many favour is subtle here )but I keep going back to it.

AshtonMcCobb (6756) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - AUG 1, 2016
Bottle at Heights of Abraham in Matlock. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - citrus and floral notes. Taste - more citrus and some pith. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a good example of the style.

tommann (3848) - Dudley, West Midlands, ENGLAND - APR 23, 2016
Cask at the Red Lion, Amblecote. Pours pale gold with a small head. Aroma is straw, lemon and apple. Taste has straw and lemon. Simple and drinkable.

BlackHaddock (7507) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - DEC 31, 2015
500ml bottle into a UK pint sleeve, lunchtime at home on 31st Dec 2015. The first of an English tasting session with myself and no one else. Just got back from dropping the wife off at Heathrow Airport, she is now over the Atlantic somewhere: this is my reward to myself for getting home safely (3 hour plus drive each way). Anyway the beer poured very, very pale indeed, urine lemon/blonde: on top a thin white sheet of bubbles. Mild citrus nose, the flavour overflowing with citrus notes. Not really my thing, but decent enough if you like this sort of style (I do not): scored objectively.

Holmen2 (3849) - NORWAY - NOV 29, 2015
Backlog. From cask at Kings Head, Huddersfield, on The Transpennine Real Ale Trail with KL and LH 09.05.15. Very clear and very pale yellow. Dense and persistent off-white head and lacing. Aroma of grass and rough hops. Taste of pale malt.

thmsboyd (201) - Ayr, SCOTLAND - OCT 27, 2015
Bottle BBE: Sep 16. Chilled. Pours a crystal clear golden body with medium though fast-diminishing, loose, frothy off-white head. Pleasant, medium-low intensity nose with a creamy, milky character like milk bottle candies, a distinct but not over-powering Belgian yeast character, and a hint of light herbs and spices. A light sweetness makes itself known firstly on the roof of the mouth, before a medium, crisp bitterness cuts through and takes over. A creamy texture defies the light-medium body, whilst a high-medium carbonation contributes to a crisply bitter finish. Overall a solid, faultless Belgian-style blonde. Highly quaffable.

Clear yellow with lasting bright white head. Very creamy texture. Light fruity taste. Long, dry bitter finish.
