Nonic pint draft at BrainDead Brewing in Dallas, Texas. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a smallish white head with nice lace. The aroma is sweet cereal grain, a bit of hay and yeast. The taste is the cereal grain of the nose, along with some soft carn notes, then the grass hay and finishing with general yeastiness. The palate is medium bodied with a natural unfiltered mouthfeel, soft carbonation and a sweetish chewy finish. Fun, well executed beer. djd07 (16452) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUL 2, 2016
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium creamy white head that lasts. The aroma is honey, wheat, cereal. Thin mouth, cereal, wheat, citrus, crisp, light finish, very good.

Cloudy yellow with white foam. Definitely fits the grits moniker with a grainy flavor and aroma. Light malt sweetness with no bitterness. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - DEC 31, 2015
Light gold pour with a white head. The aroma and flavor are fairly basic and not too exciting. I get some heavy grain notes plus some sweetness from the malt. There is a bit of grass, presumably from the hops. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation, Cavie (4905) - Arlington, Texas, USA - DEC 24, 2015

Typical light cream ale with a sharp citrus sense. Not all that attractive as cloudy and yellow. Light body and easy to drink. Pale malt sense with a slightly higher hop presence.
