COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg; Special - released on 6 August 2012. Also available on cask at Great British Beer Festival.
Note: This is a different beer to the version released in cask & bottle at 4.9% in December 2012.

A traditional Bavarian style Weissbier brewed with malted wheat and Hallertau Tradition hops. This naturally cloudy beer uses a distinctive Weissbeer yeast to produce a light, refreshing beer bursting with fruity banana flavours and spicy cloves.

Head is good, the body is orange, a bit grey and cloudy. It smells yeasty a bit banana. The taste is yeasty, creamy a bit malty. The taste is not bad but my one @ the GBBF was almost without CO². Would be better with CO². 12/10/9/9/-/10

UPDATED: AUG 8, 2012 Cask at GBBF, cloudy orange brown with a tight foam, banana and cloves on the nose, rich hoppy fruity orange and banana body. An excellent example of the style, better than some Bavarians.
