Cask at GBBF 2012 - London. Pours clear brown with a creamy tan cap. Dark toast in the nose, light chocolate. Medium sweet flavor with great balance, some chocolate, light roast, faint earth, dirt. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Reasonably sweet at the end with light roasted malts, good chocolate notes, mellow bitterness. Excellent mild.

Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light roasted and coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. GBBF.Clear amber beer, tidy pale tan head. Light dry palate. Palate is a little soft and semi dry. Light toffee lactose malt with a fair serving of coffee! Coffee dominates this beer but it is light and drinkable. Light dry finish.
