0,33 cl bottle at Schiphol airport. Pours deep ruby brown with a light brown head leaving nice lacing. Aroma is sweet, roasted malts, fruity and nutty. Pleasant lean sweet mouthfeel. Flavor is fruity, almost fullbodied, hoppy and a bit sweet. Finishes fruity and bitter with a touch of alcohol. Very refreshing and drinkable. WillemG (105) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 4, 2010
30cl bottle at home. Sweet aroma from a reddish brown beer with average head. Taste is sweet, lightly alcoholic. Makes you feel warm inside, so nice for winter nights. dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - NOV 30, 2010
Bottle @ home. Aroma has loads of malt and caramel with a touch of fruit and spices. Also a hint of candy. Flavour is a lot more bitter than expected, which is nice. Proper malt backbone. Hint of candy sugar. Fitting palate. Good brew! Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - NOV 15, 2010

2000 vintage keg, on tap at Arendtnest in Amsterdam. Flecked cinnamon and tan head. Cloudy brown with tons of floaties. Big, old, port-like aroma. Oxidized mildly. Winey, oxidized flavor with caramel. Well-aged, smooth as hell. A bit over the top in funkiness, but nicely aged. Wim (3980) - Weelde, BELGIUM - MAY 30, 2010
