Bottle shared with McTapps. A bit similar to the usual Brand but despite having more alc this one seemed to be a bit watery and with half alc. Too easy, too watery but drinkable.

Bottle bought in the Netherlands. Deep golden colour with low head. Surprisingly mild, creamy and smooth taste of grass, hay, spruce and herbs. But the palate is very bitter, surprisingly. Maybe this beer will be better in summer when it is hot outside and you are longing for refreshment.

#405 Das niederländische Pendant zum dt. Jever: Gute Ansätze, aber letztendlich viel zu bitter, wobei dieses Pils auch noch andere Aromen außer Hopfen freisetzt. Wahrlich nicht übel! Test vom 17.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,12,10,10,10,10 - 10,50

Christos (5855) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - NOV 19, 2012
Poured from a 300 ml bottle. Colour is faded yellow, that of hay, totally transparent. Small quantity of bubbles at the bottom of the glass. One finger head that quickly dissolves but not entirely, thus still covering the beer’s surface.  Smell of malt.Taste is bitter and leaving an equally if not more bitterness after the sip has gone down. Also, a bit metallic.. Thin bodied on palate and dry. Thankfully, not as watery as I was expecting from its colour. Medium carbonation. Overall, not that different from your typical lager, except maybe from the stronger bitterness.

kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - NOV 1, 2012
The head is medium, the body blond. It smells malty, CO2. The taste is bitter, a bit malty. In the aftertaste bitter metal. Not balanced and not full bodied. 11/7/7/6/10/7

Lichtgeel, mooi plakkerige kraag. Ruikt fris en bitter. Smaakt redelijk vol en lekker hoppig. Goede pils.

Gedronken op KBC Den Bosch 2011, het is een standaard pilsje als anderen, verder niet heel speciaal

[email protected] (2004), 30cl. Head: white colored.Color: yellow. Aroma: floral, hops. Taste: bitter, mild. Palate: mild, bitter, lasting. Overall: tasting compared previous with new rebranded version. However, old version was much better, i.e. rating old 3.5 vs new 2.5.
