Best imperial brown I've had. Really boozy but the best part is the chocalty aroma and vanilla flavors. Found it by accident.

One boozy ass mf er. Really solid beer for a style that I dont love. Lots of good flavors from the barrel aging. kayres (888) - , Georgia, USA - OCT 29, 2013

Bottle split with some friends at Ray Ray’s. Pours a deep brown, darker than I would have expected from a brown ale, looked more like a porter. Small tan head and some lace. Nose of bourbon, rum, oak, vanilla, caramel, nut. Medium body, a little boozy. Tons of booze flavor. Better than I was expecting. thornecb (6058) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 27, 2013
Pours deep mahogany into a snifter. Mocha head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet molasses, rum and oak aromas. Chocolate upfront turning to rum and oak in the dry lasting finish.

Pour from a 22oz bomber. Dark brown with a tan head. Big boozy nose. Nice rum and whiskey flavor. Fairly thin, leaving the booze very prominent. oldgrumpy (109) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 7, 2013
This was much better than expected. Well balanced. Some alcohol burn. Nice finish. Brash says this is a brown ale, I agree that it is an American Strong Ale

Had at Autumn Brew Review 2013, nice chocolate and a bit of booze in aroma, taste is similar with some nice coffee, was really nice.
