OG 1.061
An East Yorks version of the fashionable US West Coast style.
Bitterness is balanced by malt sweetness in our IPA and dry-hopping rounds out the aroma.
Three hop types in this one, to justify the sunshine-in-a-glass claim.

Cask conditioned at Cheltenham Beer Festival 16. Gold with white head. There is quite a resinous start to this, drying then a tangy orange peel note. Bitter but quite refreshing. Good stuff.

Bottle from that shop in Malton. Golden with a decent head. Pine and grapefruit on the nose. Orange and apricot at the back. More orange and grapefruit on the taste. Light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Decent.

More an APA then an IPA. Nice and hoppy but with a characteristically English finish. Perfectly pleasant but Im not going to seek this out.

Cask at White Star, Stoke. Pours golden amber. Sticky, plenty of resinous hop, more stickiness, boozy hop punch. Ok but a little too cloying.
