Calisky (3029) - ALSACE, FRANCE - MAR 18, 2016

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - DEC 5, 2014
Absolutely disgusting. There’s clearly something totally wrong with my bottle as it’s smelling and tasting very strongly like rotten eggs. Impossible to drink and unbelievable this was distributed this widely. (33cl bottle from Christmas gift pack at Auchan Tours)

Alengrin (5639) - BELGIUM - JUL 30, 2014
Seasonal made for the well-known flee market of Lille. Thick, sticky, off-white head, colour a misty golden blonde. Typical bière de garde nose, with light citrus, some wild yeast (jute and sour cream), green apple, straw, potato and a hint of peppery hops. Taste begins with a light touch of refreshing sourishness, then rounded pale malts rendering some basic sweetness, lightly spicy yeasty tones, ending in a herbal hoppy bitterishness. Tasty and not badly balanced.

Quack-Duck (9490) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 30, 2012
bottle with thanks to jaghana! Clear, perhaps slightyl hazy golden colour, medium white head. Fruity nose. Medium-bodied, malty base with a lovely fruity character, some dry and resiny hops towards the finish. Well balanced., very enjoyable.

Gold colour with a small head, hoppy smell with a sour hint. Sweet sour citrus like with a little bitterness.

jaghana (6229) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - NOV 11, 2011
Bottle 75cl, a clear yellow beer with head that goes quickly. Nose is on dry malt and nutty as a bottom yeast beer. Aroma is on dry malt and peppery hops, low body, citrus and yeast notes, almond and over riped fruit notes, easy drinkable.

meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - SEP 10, 2011
[email protected] Citrus and malty aroma. Pale yellow, white head, good lace. Neutral start, some citrus, light citric, dry mouth feel, refreshing.

goozen (4122) - Leiden, NETHERLANDS - JUN 6, 2009
Bottle with cork 0,75ltr: Golden ale with an mellow sweet taste hints of vanilla and has some floating yeast.

Rastacouere (6177) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 3, 2007
Hazy, very effervescent golden ale mounted by a large, healthy white foam. Subtle smell proposes gentle tartish hay-like notes with fresh cream, soft herbs and mild hops. Not very forward. Sweetish, light and honeyed in mouth. Fresh vanilla undertones eventually emanante from the rear. Sour and dry finish with a burst of bubbles. Not much to make of this one.

2.4
duff (5484) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 26, 2007
[email protected]_O’s. Initially very sugary and yeasty, quite sweet as well. There is noticable alcohol in the finish, and there are subtle notes of both citrus and apple fruit. Feels a bit raw, and a bit thin as well.
