Golden blond ale with minimal head. Traces of spice aromas. Mainly malt taste. Unbalanced Metalchopz (3388) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 7, 2013
Enjoyed at the Bistro L’Autre Oeil in Aylmer, QC. Pours a golden colour with a great white head that lasts a very long time with decent lacing. Nice fruity malt aromas with some grain in the background. The taste is milder with the fruity malts and a little bitterness in the finish. A nice fruity malt beer that goes down nicely like my go-to Boréale beers. Gets hoppier as it goes. A better pale session beer than macros. I really enjoyed this one. (Rating #2415) Bov (12636) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - APR 1, 2014
from Mondial de la Bière 2013, Mulhouse - hazy dark blond beer with a moderate foam left; light fruity and flowery hoppiness; medium-bodied, some swetness, low bitterness; yeasty and flowery finish with some residual sweetness jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 8, 2009
2009-06-05. Crisp yellow body with a small white head. Mild aroma, muted light yeast and a touch of not quite fruity notes. Flavour is light, sweet malt base, light yeast and esters, glimpses of light florals, like orange blossom, in the finish. Average plus palate is smooth and more full bodied than expected, pleasantly so. Decent but just okay. On tap at the brewpub, Montreal

341 ml bottle in a 12-pack from Trappe a Fromage, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. JN25/09.mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 6, 2009
App.: Clear golden with a decent white foam.
Aroma: Some light cereal/grain, kinda fruity (apples), just slightly vegetal.
Palate: Medium body, very soft carbonation, smooth.
Flav.: Similar to the nose with some grain/cereal, more fruity than the nose – apples and oranges, citrus, a bit Belgian; dry with basically no bitterness.
Pretty nice for a light beer.
[2228-20090605] Tap. Mild fruity hops aroma. Clear, yellow brown body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Tangy fruity hops flavour. Light-medium body. Average, a bit tangy.

341ml bottle, gloden blonde color, with a fluffy white head, with a wet grainy cereal, pale malt nose, with a hint of honey, malt liquor sweetness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp honeyed pale malt character, with some sweet grainy cereal accents, with a faint flowery hop citrusy note, leading towards a honeyish, malty, light lingering hop bitterness finish. Light blonde beer, mild and drinkable with a little bit of light hoppy bitterness. Not a classic by any means but a decent beer that one could drink for an extended session. HogTownHarry (6872) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - OCT 20, 2009
Draught. Mondiale 2009 - day 3. Slightly hazy gold with an average frothy white head. Mild aroma of clover and dried flowers, a little sweet - the sweetness really emerges in the flavour. Light body, slightly pungent floral character, but it finishes fast and passively - nice enough, better than a lot of "golden ales" - this one has just enough Belgian character to rise it up a bit.
