COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet City Nord in Bodø earlier this year. Hazy orange coloured body, low white head, spotty lacing. Smell of raisin, dough and mid-sweet fruits. Porridge flavours joined by mid-sweet orange and grain. Sweet fruity ending. Medium bodied, Gets a tad too sweet in the long run (Shared with Finn and djoeye, rating session in Tromsø 10.12.2016).

330ml bottle (Alko Arkadia, Helsinki)
Sweet aroma, a bit sickly, some over-ripe banana. Slightly flattish pour, the only head I can pull fades quickly. Palate also a bit flat and sweet, a little slick. Sweet malts, some strange spiciness, a bit of soapiness, Heady vapours swim around the mouth after swallowing, not sure they’re all good. Bit of gluiness, and some rough bitterness in the finish. Needs just a bit of sediment to make it good, too much, and it becomes rough again in a different way.

3.3
Idiosynkrasie (7952) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - AUG 12, 2016
330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, biscuity malty aroma, hints of speculoos, carrot cake, minimally fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of apricot. Taste is moderately sweet, biscuity malty, minimally sugary, notes of speculoos, honey, carrot cake, a peppery spicy, yeasty touch, fruity hints of apricot; soft palate, soft carbonation, minimally biting bitter hoppy finish. Not bad.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, as Loroyse d’Hiver Bière Blonde Triple d’Hiver. ABV is 8%. Orange colour, low white head. Pleasant aroma of fruits (esp. oranges) and mild spices. The mouthfeel is soft and lively simultaneously - apparently a specialty of this brewery. Medium sweet and spicy flavour, also decent bittering hops. The alcohol is noticeable.
