UPDATED: MAY 31, 2015 Color ambra carico, schiuma bianco tende al beige poco persistente.
341ml bottle served around 15 degrees in a snifter:
Pours a clear copper with about a finger of white foam. The head leaves a rough lacing and carbonation is moderate.
The nose is obviously hoppy and floral with a subtle grapefruit on a caramel malts backbone.
On the tongue, it kicks off with a dense hoppy attack with a wrapping bitterness that I found was enjoyable and not aggressive. The malts are somewhat perceptible but at 100 IBU, you have to look harder to find them. The brew feels very dry and drops dead in your mouth without the slightest aftertaste.
This IPA was the most bitter brew I came about so far and I have to say that the IBU scared me at first but I found it very enjoyable. HippyHop (678) - Quebec, CANADA - NOV 12, 2014
Can’t read the date on the label cause the paper is torn, but I get the impression this isn’t fresh.
Nose is caramel, roasted grain and a bit of light orange/citrus. Taste follows with a moderately bitter pine finish. Not terrible, but not that great either. Kind of reminds me of l’Alchimiste’s IPA.

Cloudy deep copper with a two finger cream coloured head that fades slowly. Nose is light roasted malts with pine and some fruit. Light toffee fronting a quite bitter middle and finish with no dominant contributing factor but made up of pine, grapefruit, grass and some flowery hops that ends up being quite muddled. Medium oily mouth with average carbonation and a dry finish. Odd. KansaiBeerLvrs (5305) - Kyoto, JAPAN - OCT 12, 2014
6.5% Interdite 90 minutes on tap at the brewery. It is a lovely copper gold, the aroma is funky toe jam, fruity and piney. The taste has a solid malt backbone more toe jam, clean sharp bitter pine boughs and some light fruitiness. Hopped every 1 minute for 90 minutes, I was expecting more after I heard this was inspired by the Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA. Just OK. Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, full sized creamy off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is quite sweetish, lightly alcoholic and it reminds me more of a mix between a barley wine and a quadrupel. Weird. Taste is malts, lightly floral, again sweetish flavours but very bitter in the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. A bit disappointing to be honest. Deep amber pour with a thick tan head. The nose is a bit malty with some toasted malt and a bit of soft hoppiness and some nice fruitiness. It’s got a moderate bitterness and is more earthy and slightly dank iced tea hoppiness. Decent - but the pale ale is superior.
