Bouteille de 750ml. Col persistent et fin. Noir opaque.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Peluso. Aroma: perfect balance between coffee, dark chocolate, roasted malt and cherries. App: pitch black with medium brown head. Taste and palate: creamy, full body, light cherry and roasty finish. Just a tad watery. Overall: really impressed by this beer. So easy to drink, balanced perfectly. Wow! Smell and appearance are so perfect. Taste doesn’t disappoint either, not too roasty. My first beer from Peluso and really well surprised.

750ml Bottle. VERY dark black color with a nice foamy brown roasted head. the aroma is amazing! : roasty malts, dark fruits, cherrys, cofee, dark chocolate and maybe brown sugar. the taste does not dissapoint. roasty! very grainy yet not too strong, a bit bitter, also tastes chocolate. the beer is smooth and thicky. for a 9.3%ABV the alcohol is very stealth! be carfull! wow this is amazing !!! cheers! Dig up for that Gem!

9.3%. A deep murky dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice fruity chocolate malt with light fruity esters, coffee grind, musty character, light vanilla. In mouth, a good powdery bitter chocolate, roasted coffee, light alcohol, light fruity acidity, pleasant. On tap at Noire et Blanche.

Musta, pikkupunainen niukka vaahto, OCT2017. Kohtalaisen savuinen nenään hyökkäävä perustuoksu. Suussa pyörivä, aivan lievän alkoholipolte, liukas. Laimeahko jälkimaku. Ihan ok.

75 cl bottle @ ISKTR 2014. BBE 10/2017.
Pours black color with a small beige head. Quite unique aroma; toasty malts, cherries, maybe some bilberries, chocolate and cocoa. Oily palate, dark fruit notes, mild cherries, some bitter malt notes, some chocolate also. Nice.

750ml bottle @ ISKTR 2014, Thanks Timo A.

Pours pitch black with a brown head. Aroma of sour cherries, roastiness, some chocolate and licorice. Taste is smooth, roasty and sweetish with hints of sourness and loads of cherries and licorice. Finish is smooth, roasty and slightly sourish with notes of cherries. Quite interesting.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a nice large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with some lactose notes is pretty enticing. Taste is a dominated by roasted malt with some black chocolate and some light lactose notes. The cherry notes were hard to distinguish and didn’t play a huge role. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but I would have preferred the cherries to play a bigger role which would have added some complexity.
