750ml bottle shared by blankboy with me, gregclow, jercraigs & mabel. Clear bright amber, smallish off-white head. Odd aroma - background sweet (buckwheat honey) and very floral up-front, not overly bitter, but quite floral. Taste is almost cloyingly sweet, borderline sticky initially, but then the floral bitterness kicks in - very grainy, but not yer normal grain ... Light body, moderately carbonated - gets a bit harsh and sweet in the finish. Ultimately I didn’t really like it. MartinT (9880) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 24, 2012
My Bottom Line:cfrancis (3453) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 20, 2012
Matcha-like green hoppiness meets the sweetness of toasted chestnuts, while flowers and honey greet grassy bitterness.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam settles atop the gleaming copper-y deep amber.
-The mouthfeel is silky and elegant.
-Drinkability is relatively high for such a potent brew.
-Smooth effervescence and a slender body contribute towards a professional mouthfeel.
-Everything is balanced and leveled to the same intensity rate.
Pours a clear caramel brown with a small beige ring. Aroma is earthy and floral hops with a caramel backing. Taste is a nice earthy hop with floral notes and caramel grist. For a Gluten Free beer, this is really, really great. You would never know. punkska101 (2041) - Chambly, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 6, 2012
750 ml from flaveur d’ici A: grapefruit, citrusy, honey. App: clear dark copper small white rim. T/p: Med body with long bitter finish. Medium carbonation. O: pretty solid. These guys keep bringing out flavorful gluten free beers. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 18, 2012

A nice copper ale with a thick creamy mocha head In aroma, caramel "malt" with floral and citrus hops. In mouth, a nice caramel with smooth floral hops, well done for a gltuen free beer. On tap at Bieres et Saveurs, Sept 2 2012. dandeman (997) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 26, 2012
Aroma: Sugar cane, candy and caramel. Slight hoppy acents are sticking out at the end.
Appearance: Small, frothy, off-white and diminishing head with fair lacing. Clear brown with thin body.
Taste: Long lasting hoppy attack. Hops are very present as opposed to the sweet aroma. We can also find notes of spices and pepper but generally the main accents are from bitterness. A little dry and metallic finish. The strange thing about this beer is that its nose is the opposite of its taste.
For a gluten free beer, it’s most certainly a superior quality beer. Finally a good quality gluten free beer. Boutip (6380) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 23, 2012
Bottle: Poured a light brown color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of earthy and resin hops is quite dominant with light spicy malt notes. Taste is dominated by earthy and resin notes of hops with a particular malt bill that is somewhat spicy and grainy. Body is a bit light with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Good but does end up showing lighter malt bill then non-gluten free beer would usually have. I can see this being very enjoyable if you have gluten related issue. sseb69 (1909) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 17, 2012
Bouteille 750 ml. 7.5%. Couleur brune rousse claire, mousse beige. Arôme de céréales, sucre et houblon. En bouche, mielleuse, céréales abondante et houblons. Finale amère, miel et herbes. Excellente. Sans Gluten ? Excellente point final.
