COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Very good beer I tasted it at the festibière de québec. It’s so far the best beer without gluten on the market very nice discovery. Good start for this new brewery!

Cannette 473 ml. Arômes de levure avec houblons herbacés. Notes légèrement citronnées. Faible puissance.

A really clean great fresh tasting Gluten free beer (not extracted). A nice tight head and lots of flavour. I was over the moon to see this here in Australia! Not quite as good as the IPA from Glutenberg but still a great GF beer for the Australian Summers.

Pours clear, pale straw colour with a short lived white head. Aroma is very mild. Taste is sweet and crisp. There are notes of grapes, grain, floral hops, apple, and mineral water. Body is light and carbonation is moderate. It’s one of the best gluten free beers I’ve had, but if you don’t have to have gluten free it’s mediocre.

Pounder can from Whole Foods PM. Pours clear gold with white head. Nose is pale malt, hops, vinyl. Tastes pale malty, with hop notes, some bready flavors, mild citrus. This one was passable for this style, which is like saying a wedgie is passable for the one being bullied.

Can. Well, it turns out I’m a bigger fan of gluten than I ever thought. Okay, it’s not so bad. Some citrus, lot of corn to this one too. Finish is a bit acidic. Perhaps not a bad effort for what it’s trying to do.

(1997-111016)

can. Poured clear golden with no head. Smells of sour apple. Light body, prickly carbonated mouthfeel. Flavour of rather bland cereal malt, tart apple, peppery note, champagney.

Bottle 0,341L. Courtesy of Gregor. This is my first gluten free beer. Pours clear, light ocra color, looks very much like cider or champagne. A lot of visible carbonation with fizzy white head, that dissipate fast. Aroma of malt, apple, honey with gentle note of cooked vegetables. Taste starts light acidic and stays at this level, followed by very vinous taste. Reminds me of white wine, champagne actually. Light to medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Very interesting beer...

Can. Pours a piss yellow straw color with a minimal thin film of head. The nose is almost more cider like than it is beer, sweet and slightly grainy. The flavor is pretty awful, it’s super thin, very sweet, a slight metallic twang, no hint of hops. Light bodied and watery with fizzy carbonation. This stuff is pretty awful. I bought 4 different ’beers’ from these guys and was going to drink them all in a row. I can’t take that much of this. Going to have to space them out.

[8559-20160703] 473mL can. Sweet straw grains aroma. Clear, pale yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Grainy mineral straw flavour. Medium body. Bland. (6/3/5-/2/11) 2.7
