Draft. Pale amber in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of burnt orange peel, fat pale malts, and a bit of dank herbal. More green herbal hop on the palate along with sweet orange, pale and caramel malts, and a bit of sour peach candies. Heavier bidied than expected. Ambré foncer. L’arôme du pin, agrumes, du citron et pamplemousse. Très fruité. En bouche c’est plutôt du pin que les fruits, mais ils sont là quand même. C’est un pâle ale très amer et houblon. Parfait! Ferris (16720) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 8, 2015
Draft - Nice grapefruit, skunk with a touch of peel. Clear gold with a decent white head. Little pine and skunk with some grapefruit. Nice bright and easy drinking. fiulijn (21461) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 7, 2015
Draught at the brewery; 12oz Gerbeer (4052) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 30, 2015
Hazy golden color with creamy persistent head. Dry, delicate and balanced Pale Ale; clean malt base; the aroma seems to deliver more Citra, and the flavor more Amarillo with its resins; could take a bit more bitterness, and the final, although very good, fades relatively fast.
Excellent for its balance.
On tap. Pours a hazy Amber with moderate head. Aromas of tropical fruit and pine. Flavors of tropical fruit, pink grapefruit, light pine and sweet malts. Very fruity. Very nice. Oakes (19013) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 28, 2015
Hazy light amber. Frothy thick head. Big weedy nose. Soft, sweetish body, with some caramel/biscuit malt character. The hops are definitely less prominent on the palate. Good beer, but I think past ones have had more bitterness.
