Seemed quite solid, towards an amber or a red IPA, Booze well hidden. Thanks for this Andy!

Flaska på Thunder Bay Grill. Mörkt orange med beige skum. Maltig doft med kola och karamell. Även smaken har kola, karamell och rejäl beska.

On tap at the brewery. Great beer; poured copper brown, clear with white head. Aroma is malty, fruit and hops highlights. Taste is sweet, some roast, some caramel notes and some alcohol. Very good beer and one of my favorites from these guys. Easy to drink and very enjoyable.

12oz bottle to pint. Pours cloudy iced tea color, dissipating off white head. Aroma of pine, fig, grass, raisin. Taste of same with finish of burnt toast and biscuit. Finish is as bitter and dry as they claim.

Bottle. A- Caramel, bready, citrus, pine. A- Burnt orange color, hazy liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, pine, bitter, grassy, citrus, candy. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, unbalanced finish. O- I don’t really have any good ways to describe this beer, other than it was not to par as far as I felt it should have been. Just felt all over the place.

Bottle - average size foamy head, murky dark copper color, well balanced with citrusy hops, solid malt backbone, and some yeasty complexity, very good overall ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear amber pour with pillowy head. Caramel malt on the nose. Taste of toasted malt and caramel with some citrus hops. Pretty decent.

6/14/14. 12oz bottle from Happy’s in Cedar Falls. Amber red pour with a small khaki head that fades and laces pretty loosely. A couple of whiffs and sips had me searching for a bottle date... with no success. Oxidation on the aroma, old hops, caramel, lots of caramel, toasted caramel, and almost a saltiness. Bitter flavor, dusty, burnt caramel, lots of caramel, some leather and tobacco, and a lingering alcohol burn. Eh.

Dark amber pour at the Surdyk’s in MSP Terminal 2 waiting for my flight. Very little head, but it was also served in a cold glass, which is bad bad bad. Bad. Nice biscuit nose with a big hoppy nose (pine and floral). Hoppy, some bitterness and a strong malt taste with a dry bitter finish.

Nutty caramel, pine, floral hops. Light fruit and grains with hints of citrus. Felt a bit light in the body, and not enough carbonation to clean out the aftertaste.
