COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light in color, big in flavor. White Cap is a thoughtful blend of wheat, pale malt, coriander, and orange peel. Fermented cold, a traditional Belgian yeast provides classic notes of banana and bubblegum, with muted clove essence.

12 oz bottle. (Happy Harry’s) Fargo, ND.
Cloudy golden color with a small white head. Yeast, malt and sugary sweetness in the aroma. The flavor is yeast, sweetness, malt and some citrus. Witbier? Hell no!

On tap at the brewery. Poured yellow, clear with a nice white head and moderate lacing. Aroma of wheat, yeast, orange and spices. Taste is mostly orange, wheat and hops. Nice, drinkable and enjoyable.

Bottle. A- Tuna salad, onion, spices, bready. A- Golden orange color, slightly hazy liquid, minimal white head. T- Malty, tuna salad, bread, veggies. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, astringent finish. O- Weird I know, but this beer reminds me of a liquid version of a Jimmy Johns Tuna Sandwich. I get a tuna salad, onion, veggie, and bread aroma and flavor. It’s odd. Not horrible but very odd.

Copper color with a lottle haze and a head that is gone in a minute or so. Very disappointing, rather tflavorless beer. Wheat is noticeable, a very light sweetness, and thst is aboit all there is. None of the character of a wit really, low flavor, not much aroma. Nothing here to enjoy. I am not getting the banana or clove.

islay (2773) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 18, 2015
Approximately 2 oz. pour at the 2015 Harvest Beer Festival, consumed on 10-17-15. Pours pale gold with beige head. Fresh aroma features a golden raisin scent. Tart, apple, wheaten flavor. Simple in taste. Overall, not bad, but not particularly good either.

bigcat03 (324) - Columbus, Nebraska, USA - JUL 31, 2015
Poured from bottle into a small tumbler; big frothy head that goes down fairly quick and a beautiful golden hue; you can smell the coriander as it’s being poured! A hint of orange peel and wheat to compliment; lots of orange to start, develops to orange peel, with a very wheaty and lightly hoppy finish; body is a touch thin with good carbonation. I could do with more body but overall a nice offering!

deyholla (11609) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - APR 26, 2015
Bottle. Pours a clear amber gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of wheat with a bit of Belgian yeast and a hint of flora. Flavor has lots of earthy wheat supported by Belgian yeast and some light fruits.

Smoothsippin (48) - Minnesota, USA - MAR 13, 2015
Pours golden with a white head, which dissipates quickly. Can smell the orange peel an coriander on the nose. Light mouthfeel with the spices still somewhat present. Not much happening on the swallow, needs something there. Overall, was fairly pleasant, a passable beer during the summer.
