It’s golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt and bread. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, bread, flower and light fruit. The finish is slightly dry and spicy. a very nice helles.

Clear straw colored pour. Big white, foamy head. Lacing galore. Hints of banana and lemon, grass. And yeast. Yeasty malt flavor. Bitter. Not bad. A bit thin.

pivnizub (10809) - Bochum, Porř, GERMANY - JUN 18, 2010
Bottle( copyright by joss!): Greenish-golden, smaller stable lacy white head; distinctive pale-malty and grainy nose with a subtle "woody" hoppy background; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied, relatively soft; woody hops return in the sweet-bitter finish. Very good Export.....

MoritzF (10095) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUN 17, 2010
(bottle) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet malty and slightly worty with herbal and slightly woody aroma. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft carbonation. Pale malty base with chalky notes and herbal hoppy accents; dry and mildly malty finish with herbal and woody hops. Another hearty and pleasant brew by Bräu im Moos. 16.VI.10

kappldav123 (6133) - GERMANY - APR 14, 2009
The bottle looks a bit simple. The beer in the glass is not very zippy, but okay. The beer starts too sourish, only modest spicy. Metallically finish, also a bit grasy. Not so good!

harrisoni (19332) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 6, 2009
500ml bottle from Utobeer I think, Gold, very thin white head. Decent aroma, no poor aromas. OK in mouth, I guess I would prefer more hops on finish, but otherwise a pretty decent helles which is not my favourite lager style, bit too carb’d

MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 15, 2008
A Mes rate: bottle thanks to the CAD.
Clean but very pale yellow gold with a very short lived white head. Pleasant milky hoppage in the aroma with a sweet malt base and some slight card. Much more card in the mouth which is at odds with the bitterness from the hops. Strange sweet yet bitter and dry finish, Drinkable enough.
