Fruchtig frischer Antrunk, leicht würziger Körper mit grasigen Noten, ausreichend gehopft im Abgang. Hopfig frisch und süffig, gut rezent!

Pours a clouded, bright golden color with a small white head. Smells of wet hay, grass and a subtle fruity hint among old bread dough and straw. Has a light mouthfeel with a pleasantly nuanced, refreshing carbonation. Tastes of a metallic softness, slightly aqueous with a straw sweetness. Develops a soft dry peak during the midpalate with lots of white bread dough. Finishes with sweet malts, a sparkly effervescence, old potatoes and more minerals. Super refreshing, with an awesome depth of flavors to it.

Fisler (527) - Bamberg, GERMANY - DEC 20, 2015
Ein Keller aus der Heimat. Optisch schon mal ordentliche Perligkeit, schönes Gold, Schaum passt, alle richtig. In der Nase riecht man gleich beim Einschenken herrliche Malznoten. Im Trunk herb, etwas süffig, in Abgang bitter. Fast ein wenig zu pilsig. Könnte kerniger sein.

KyotoLefty (10209) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 12, 2015
Bottle from Landbierparadeis. Malty nose, peaches, lemon, biscuits. A bit worty. Hazy gold, bright, with low lace. Doughy lemon flavor, herbs, rather sweet. Soft carbonation, full body. Slighly peppery finish. A bit too sweet.

Bottle. Thanks to KyotoLefty. Sweetish, yeasty nose, with light grassiness. Light hazy straw color. Rounded malty initial flavor, grass, small grain. Finish is clean and lightly bitter. Thin-medium body. Very smooth and pleasant.

Bottle bought @ Landbierparadies. Pours tiny hazy yellow with a frothy and fluffy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty and slightly floral with rustic dark bread, sourdough crackers, hay, minerals, iron and lemon oral. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter, slightly malty and slightly floral. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly sparkling, tiny dry and light bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and slightly bitter with white bread, sourdough crackers, cereal, oatmeal cookies, hay, flower nectar, minerals and lemon peal. Perfect sweet/dry balance with suiting bitterness and nice floral hops. But high in carbonation which adds to the refreshing qualities but hides the amazing malt base slightly.
