ganache (6065) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 19, 2012
Bottle by 03.10.2012. Some nutty, earthy tones, maybe some chocolate/mocha in the otherwise weak, sweet nose. Dingy ruby-brown body with a rocky, creamy tan head. Taste is sweet, some caramel but much more toasty toffee and earth, nuts. faint fruit. Subtle scratchy bitterness, watery body, fun to take at a high speed.

This is a bit roastier of a dunkel. It is called "Brotzeitbier" for whatever reason.

3.1
Koelschtrinker (21764) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 1, 2011
Säuerlich-malziger, sehr weicher Antrunk. 9/9/9/9/9/9

3.3
Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2011
Bottle at home. It’s dark, red-brown with a creamy head, and the aroma has notes of nuts, syrup, roasted malt and caramel. The sweet flavour has notes of roasted malt, caramel, nuts, light syrup, and the finish is dry with a light bitterness.

3.5
depruis (13) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - NOV 19, 2010
Malty, little roasty aroma, with some chocolate, nice amount of CO2, refreshing, little dry aftertaste.

jfb (6830) - GERMANY - AUG 13, 2010
(bottle) pours a clear dark ruby colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of heavy butterscotch and toffee, with some very light hints of toasted malts and gingerbread spice. flavour is the same, quite heavy on the butter, but somehow fittingly so, with some heavy grainy notes and a hint of chocolate. medium body and carbonation.
