Draught @ Brauerei Muller, Wurzburger Strasse 1, Debring, Bavaria Germany 96135.

Steinkrug - Ceramic mug. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, sweet malt, light roasted, light yeasty, sweet yeast, sour notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110423]

Koelschtrinker (21489) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 11, 2011
Wässrig malzig-röstiger Antrunk, wenig aromatisch. Etwas blechern werdend, die Röstigkeit als Hauptton wird trocken-bitter und bleibt langweilig. 9/8/8/8//8

bierkoning (13687) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - MAY 9, 2011
Bottle. dark brown color. Malt, chocolate and caramel in the aroma. Malt, caramel and roast in the flavor. Roastbitter finish. Grassy notes. Well balanced. Don’t serve it too cold. 10 degrees Celsius will do fine.

Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - MAY 16, 2010
It’s a red-brown beer with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of roassted malt, caramel and nuts. The flavour is moderately, but dry sweetness with notes of roasted malt, syrup, caramel, nuts and the finish is dry.

KimJohansen (10497) - Frederiksberg C, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2009
Clear deep amber with a medium beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and nuts. Flavour had roasted malt, caramel and toffee notes. A bit of nuts and rye bread towards the finished.

Bottle from TimE. Thanks! Smoky. Hint of diacetyl, which could just be some meloidins from the malt or a long boil. Some hop bitterness. Amber brown color.

Oakes (18851) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 24, 2009
Ceramic mug. Slight spicy hop and earthy malt on the nose. Earthy, lightly toffeeish character on the palate with a rustic yeast accent. Fairly full-bodied yet fairly refreshing.

3.5
Beershine (5253) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 15, 2009
Draft @ brewpub. In krug the head disappears rather fast. The aromas are liquid bread, minerals. Thick palate. Has a soy sauce character, nice dark malts, Vegemite, then a dry hoppy finish. Nice.

2.8
MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2009
Draught at the brewpub. Seemingly hazy dark brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is mostly soy. I do not mind soy, and not in beer either, but it is just not that interesting. Spicy aftertaste, which is quite good.

3.4
omhper (25742) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 8, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Probably brownish amber, minimal head. Lightly roasty and a bit nutty. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Rater slim and straightforward. Lightly salty finish with lingering bitterness.
