EithCubes (5772) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 23, 2012
Bottle by 13.2.13. Nose with caramel and faint grass, lightly sweet with some doughy malt. Clear, pale copper body with plenty of carbonation and a rocky, pillowy off-white head. Taste is sweet and sugary, tangy with some small amount of bitterness which picks up slightly but also takes on a strongly grainy character. Some caramel and citrus. Light but very crisp body. Don’t think the flavor meld well at all.

Poured a reasonable head with disappeared quickly as is the norm for the style. Pale amber colour, clear. Had a wheaty smell. This was the most bitter Märzen I´ve ever tasted. Had strong hoppy notes with hints of grass and malt. Not what I expected but nice.
